This is where it all began
For over 25 years, I worked in my clinic,
treating skin, guiding people, and helping them  feel better in their bodies.
Again and again, I saw the same pattern.
People were doing everything right —
eating healthy, trying different programs, staying  disciplined —
yet their body didn’t respond.

And that’s where everything shifted for me.
I stopped looking only at the surface.

This program was created for both women and men,
because I kept seeing the same pattern.

Yet their body still felt out of balance.
